Candace is the best Realtor I have ever worked with. After several months of dealings with a lot of promises from others, I was referred to Candace. She did everything she said she would do, got a great painter to deal with some minor issue, got it staged by a great group and sold for a very good price in a reasonable amount of time. I feel like we hit the realtor jackpot with Candace. We were home shopping in Florida from Arizona, so never met for all the weeks of our virtual viewing experiences with her. We had questions, lots of them. She never showed the slightest impatience. We had houses we wanted her to visit and provide virtual viewings of, and she was so easy and flexible. She explored the flow of the homes with us, and stepped through myriad details of the viewed homes the way I would have if I'd been there. We did make an offer and purchase a home, and she and her team were with with us the entire duration of that 2000 mile distant transaction. Even now that we're here, she is checking in, helping us find services and contractors, and just being her engaging, super friendly and knowledgeable self. She's the best, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in the Ormond Beach, FL area.
