She was extremely patient with me and let me go at my own pace. If she didn't know something she found it out. Ruth went above and beyond what was expected of her. Unprofessional, dishonest, misleading and unexperienced.
Poor experience with Lisa Wetula. She listed a rental home for her son. She had no knowledge of his requirements for renting yet showed the house anyway. We were up front about our situation and wrote a letter to explain our interest and family. We had to follow up multiple times asking the requirements (income, credit) so we could know if we qualified BEFORE applying. We shared the above information with her, and again, requested a list of specific requirements noting we did not want to spend the money to apply if we wouldn't qualify. We continued trying and dealing with her inexperience and uppity attitude because we really wanted this house.
She implied a few times that we were good and kept pushing us to apply. We applied, paid the $150. A few days later she told us we were denied with a frustrated and snotty attitude like we wasted her time. I contacted the broker telling him the situation and requesting a refund. He blew me off, acting like he had nothing to do with it, it's the background check company who charged me. I explained the situation above to him, 3 times, and he continued to say the same thing. He clearly had ZERO intention of helping us despite the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of one of his realtors. He told he he would talk to Lisa and get back to me. Clearly, that was just to end the call as I never heard back. His behavior shows why Lisa is allowed to treat potential clients this way. $150 may not be much to someone who makes the money they do, but it's a lot to a single mom.

My wife and I worked with Mr. Matt Sonberg to purchase our home in Indialantic. His performance was nothing less than spectacular.

We moved here from NC. We don’t know anyone in the area. Matt came highly recommended by an award-winning realtor in NC. We weren’t sure what we would experience with trying to purchase a home in the middle of a pandemic. Matt made it an enjoyable experience.

We decided to move to the area in the spring of this year. Our first meeting with Matt was online using one of the many platforms Matt uses to facilitate his craft. We cannot express enough how Matt’s IT prowess helped when purchasing a home from a remote location and limited opportunities to travel to the area.

Matt is foremost a genuine professional but has a unique way of making one feel comfortable. Always respectful, Matt tells it like it is. He is candid; I cannot stress enough how much we value his honest demeanor. Our meetings always felt very natural and not forced. He stays cool under pressure and was always willing to listen. Matt made himself available during the two trips we made to the area. One of those trips was over a federal holiday. Both trips were over weekends.
Matt gave us access to his vast network of professionals in the area. His network helped us land much needed contractors for the home we finally selected and to secure our loan. Matt was never pushy and encouraged us to seek out our own contractors and loan officers to ensure our money was well spent. At the end of it all, we went with Matt’s recommendations every time.

The agent was very knowledgeable about the beach market and showed us several units that were within our price range. She helped us immensely with negotiating the best deal possible and was right there with us through the long-distance closing process. We love our new place.

The only problem was that the agent offered to help us with getting a cleaning crew in to deep clean the unit before we moved in. That never happened. We were really disappointed to know that we missed the opportunity to have everything clean and sanitized before we started moving furniture and personal belongings into our new space.

Say what you're going to do and do what you're saying you will do. It's a pretty simple concept.
