Colonnade Park Apartments is a very clean, well designed, pet friendly, well maintained complex of beautiful apartments. Terri in the rental office was great to work with, and the application process was very streamlined. My particular apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit with an outdoor balcony, which my standard poodle loves to go out on. The apartment is beautifully designed for best use of space. It is a handicapped accessible unit, with high toilets, wide doorways and plenty of space to navigate a rollenator (or wheelchair) in the bathroom and everywhere else. I took advantage of the option for having a stacked washer/dryer unit placed in my apartment at a very reasonable cost, it makes my life much easier. Landscaping is gorgeous throughout the complex and lots of green spaces. There are dog poop bag stations throughout the community, with free bags and disposal containers. Have not been able to take advantage of the community pool and other amenities in the Club House, but I will in the future. The elevator in my building is always clean and runs smoothly. Mailboxes are a good size and large boxes are available for larger packages. There is ample parking with 2 handicapped spaces directly in front of my building. All in all, Colonnade Park Apartments has already become a great place to live for my dog and me, even though it has only been 3 weeks since we moved in. We have made some friends, both 2 legged and 4 legged, and enjoy our walks around the beautiful complex each day. Again, my Thanks to Terri for all her help with getting me setup with my rental. Also a big kudos to the Maintenance staff, for keeping the community clean and running smoothly. Chris, Bob and Jon are awesome. Highly recommend Colonnade Park Apartments for wonderful living in a gorgeous, well maintained complex. 5 stars and two paws up!

I just love living here in Colonnade Park. It was great working with both Terri and Jackson in the office. The application went quickly and smoothly.

I have met some of the neighbors and they are so friendly and welcoming.

The apartments are well designed. I look forward to making more meals at home here in the kitchen.

When I first moved in, I noticed almost right away that it was very quiet and peaceful at night. The grounds here are well maintained and there is ample grass for me and my dog to take walks.

Given the fact that I have a respiratory condition, I appreciate the fact that the buildings are very clean and non-smoking.

I haven't had an opportunity to utilize the amenities at the club house yet, but look forward to doing so at some point sometime soon.

It’s only been a few weeks, but I have found that my one bedroom, one bathroom unit is just perfect for me and my dog to call home.

I highly recommend Colonnade Park!

Update: June 5th 2023: its been nearly a year now and I still love it here!!

I have found the dream of an apartment...everything is beautifully done. The layout of my "home" is perfect for just me. Easy to care for and clean. So many cabinets and stainless steel appliances...well need I say more! Biggest bathroom I have ever had...a twin bed could fit in there! Well you will just have to visit the apartment complex and see....

I moved here cause I had no other choice in the matter, as the condo I was renting from family was being sold by them, & they were forcing me out just to do so. If I had had other options & more time, I'd have looked into other properties though, to be 100% honest. The apartments are too small & too expensive. & other things I won't discuss for fear of further retaliation.

Called to see if I could get an application and the first thing was asked is how many people. I explained the situation and the leasing agent said no way that’s not allowed under HUD rules. Looked up said rules and it is perfectly fine. Putting a single mother down is not right!

Cleanliness is always on par and they try to keep everything in order but I will warn you to be sure you read over your lease thoroughly, if you make even the slightest mistake they will throw you out so quick. I'm living in a homeless shelter thanks to them chosing to throw me out after a mistake. Additionally, even if you have disabilities they will NOT accommodate you and always just claim your an adult.
