She is very friendly, professional and skilled. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the central Florida area.

We've lived in Cypresswood over 16 years. We've rented, purchased and recently sold a home through Steve Smith. He's very knowledgeable and patient. We've always found Steve and Sue cordial and helpful.

Very unprofessional Team. Sue and Steve are very jaded individuals. They are very rude. They are close friends to the Woods Family and have their jobs solely due to that relationship. They are a terrible team in the Winter Haven market. They are the only ones in the office and they are very difficult to reach and lack professional skills to follow up in a timely manner. Sue attempts to help her husband but is typically rude to clients.
They are not open on Saturdays and are really not interested in working for anyone but themselves on their time table. Customer service is not part of their lifestyle. They cannot keep any other employees in the office due to their personalities.

Cypress Wood Golf and Country Club is a terrible development and the Golf Course is struggling to stay a float. The Wood's Family saw the righting on the wall and leased out the golf course. In most if not all of the associations, the swimming pool is not included and you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. There really are no amenities included in your HOA fees. The fees are just used for up keep of the common grounds.

The Woods Family and the Smith Team nickel and dime the residents of this community. There are no fine lines between the developments and other associations pay for other associations maintenance. John Wood Reality does not even pay into any HOA that I am aware of but yet they get the benefit of yard care and irrigation at no expense to them.

In summary, do not do business with the Smith Team and please stay away from Cypresswood Golf and Country Club as it is a thing of the past. The Guarded entrance is a joke. They do not collect license numbers or check in guest. its an added expense to the community. It just looks good to have a person up front but they honestly do nothing but mash a button to let people in without any screening.

The Wood family developed it, one son's company sells the homes (john wood realty - The Smith Team, one son is the builder and one of the sister n laws is the manager of the associations and controls the money. They have their hands in every part of the community.

I highly discourage anyone from moving into Cypresswood Golf and Country Club.
