Michelle was awesome when buying my house. She set me up on an automated email list so I got new houses as they hit the market. She replied immediately to any of my inquiries and was able to show property sometimes the same or next day. Closed on my house without a problem and the process couldn't have been easier. Would recommend her for convenience and great communication.

This is my first time in Winter Haven, FL. I travel for work and I also run a business. Im an extremely busy person. I came to town to work for 6 months and I needed a place to stay. I found a place on Trulia and contacted Steven. My experience with him has been TERRIBLE. He is VERY unprofessional and RUDE. When you ask him a question, he acts like you are bugging him and redirects you to the "contract" you signed. He has no customer service skills and does not know how to deal with people in general. I've worked with a lot of realtors because I travel a lot and this is the worst experience I have ever had. If you like being treated with respect, do NOT go to him. I do NOT recommend him and I will tell my coworkers to stay away from him. NEVER AGAIN!
