Es muy tranquilo aquí , yo diría que demaciado ,me gusto vivir en estos aptos son grandes y cómodos el balcón también súper grande , en fin tienen bastante claridad , la piscina siempre limpia , la vista d los lagos , lo q no me gusta es q no tienen luz ni en la sala ni en los cuartos por lo demás un poco caros pero son buenos y están en buena zona

The ladies in the office are great they have really good customer service the new manager was doing a good job haven't had to interact with him lately. The apartment complex is an older one although they were updating a lot of the apartments not sure where they got on that. It does have a very quiet atmosphere after 9:00 p.m. it is peaceful and quiet the lake is nice lots of ducks and other wildlife.

If I could give a -1, I would. Iona Lakes is trashy, and the staff there are very unprofessional! I stayed there during the hurricane due to all the damage we had, everyone was told they could move out and we did move out 3 months before our lease was up. Now they charged my account for those 3 months that we weren't even there. I emailed them almost every day to have them fix the balance and nobody responded to my emails until they sent over $3k on collections on my credit report! I even went to the office to speak to Javier regarding the issue and his response was he contacted his boss and wa waiting on a response from them and since then I never hear back from then. This is how Iona Lakes is trying to make money off people! Its ridiculous!

P.S the review above was added 11 months ago and I’m here just to let you guys know I got in contact with a lawyer and was able to get my outstanding balance with Iona lakes resolved! It took me 2 years to fight this, they tried charging me for 2 months rent and on top of that late fees, I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t owe. Instead of them putting I moved out on November of 2022, they said I moved out of January 2023. I ended up owing them over $3k which ruined my credit scores. Although I reached out to all the managers at Iona lakes showing them the proof that I didn’t move out in January they still insisted of me paying the amount owed on the account, nobody wanted to help me or listen to me, I stopped at the office talking to Javier years back and the issue was still not corrected until I hired a lawyer. but I’m happy I was able to get a lawyer on this to help me out!!! God is good!

Nice for old apartments, there is some "cheep" updates going on as apartments empty.

First they posted a place online that was not actually for rent. They apologized, I understand people make mistakes. The lady seemed very nice. They said they would refund our application fees because it was their fault for posting an apartment that was not available. I received one 75 dollar check, when we paid for 3 people to apply. I emailed and called a few times about the other two application fees and still have had no communication or refund. I have all the emails corresponding to this issue.

Customer service. Tried for 2 weeks to get in to see something. So I just stopped by, They couldn't get off their .... to show us something, lazy. I understand applying online, but not being able to show something, not a good look. Paying more down street for better service.
