Jerry Niesman has your best interest in mind. He gives you the same amount of attention whether you are just looking to observe an area or think you are ready to buy. He's extremely knowledgeable about SWFL and gives plenty of suggestions for your specific situation. He'll even talk to overly cautious family members to explain the processes. And his team is just as attentive -- when Jerry was unavailable, Safiyah showed us many houses in several different areas which ultimately led to us purchasing a house sooner than expected.

They simply listen and know what you are looking. This was a great experience, especially since we were from out of state. He is truly more than our realtor, he has become a family friend.
