Spent days searching for the best rental for the St Pete area and nothing really fit the bill. Then out of no where a random google search lead us to this business and our stay at Neptunes Nest. Absolutely the best! Corey was very responsive when needed and the house was stunning! We really didn’t have much of a reason to leave the house (and luckily there is a coffee shop within walking distance) though the house was fully stocked with I believe two or three coffee makers.
The view was spectacular and we will definitely book through Vakationeer again! Thanks for a great vacation home!

I wish I could leave a 5 star review for this company, especially since they have such good reviews. My wife and I booked the “Glamping in Magnolia Heights” for a month, after a quick move to St. Pete and have tried to share our experience with the manager since we checked out (early, by the way.)

When we first arrived to our Glamping experience we immediately noticed that the trash was so smelly you could smell it behind the fence. We opened the trash can and there were literal maggots in the bottom of the trash can. It’s hot out, so oh well, we weren’t concerned. We got in the camper and it was very hot but it cooled down somewhat, so we weren’t worried. The next day, we come in and it’s nearly 100 degrees, and our dog and cat are sitting in there panting. We were told that a camper repair company would come out around 4:30 pm and they didn’t show up until 9pm. The next day, we asked when we could expect for the ac to be fixed and sat there until mid day when they gave us access to another property. When it was decided that we needed to be moved, we moved to a location behind the camper so that we didn’t upset anyone else’s reservation.

At first glance, it looked fine to stay in. But then, we realized This place was absolutely nasty. They did not provide anything for cleaning except a swifter wet jet (no cleaning spray for it or pads for it), a broom (no dustpan, we had to buy one) and the washing machine had no provided cleaning detergent. There is a gigantic gap around the door allowing bugs and lizards to crawl in and out unrestricted. After waking up the first night to use the restroom and watching a roach crawl out straight under the door, I was done. We had to go buy bug spray and make sure to spray the outside of the door. We stored our clothing in one of the bedrooms downstairs and had literal chunks of the ceiling fall into our suitcase. The blinds and windows were nasty. There were left over flossers in the bottom of the trash cans from previous tenants. There were blood spots all over the walls and bugs everywhere. After trying to speak to the manager and requesting that they reach out to me by phone or email, all I get in response is an email stating that they have refunded $300 on the booking. Apparently this place was updated last month, and if that’s the case, I’d hate to see an older property. I paid almost $2000 for something that stank, had bugs, was not well stocked and on top of that had no communication from the manager. When asked why we waited until the end of our stay to mention these issues, I let them know that we had no choice as we had to have somewhere and that our pets couldn’t be continually moved. Very dissatisfied with this company. Beware that it’s not all perfect. I am posting our pictures here since no one bothered to email me so I could send them to them. Management also WONT get in touch with you.

We enjoyed our 6 week stay in Magnolia Heights, St. Petersburg, Florida. Such a wonderful host with superb accommodations and always being able to communicate as needed ☀️ Our pups were happy so we were too! The location worked wonderfully for our needs. We felt comfortable and safe the whole time we were there. We loved being able to walk around the neighborhood with our dogs and go to the park, drive to the beach and dog bar! The tall fenced in backyard was also an added perk, having our two fur babies with . The quiet neighborhood was fabulous as well! Can't wait for next year! Thanks again ❤️

My family and I recently stayed at the Neptune’s Nest home - let me just say, wow! We had an amazing getaway. The view of the water from the house and being in the lush backyard never ceased to impress.
The home was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and showers were very nice. Vakationeer was super responsive through booking as well as at any time during our stay. We have family nearby and are back in the St. Pete area often - I don’t foresee wanting to book with anyone other than Vakationeer again!

Me and my wife booked the glamping experience. Unfortunately the AC broke just a couple days in. It was very hot inside the camper and both our dog and cat were panting. They send someone over to fix it, they showed up About 4 hours later than we expected them too. The guy that looked at the ac said it was completely broken. And the ac needed to be replaced but luckily he said he had one is stock. But instead of getting the ac fixed they moved us to a different property. They gave us the choice of 2 different properties but only one that we were able to stay in our whole stay. Since moving properties was so stressful for our pets we decided to go with the property that we ended up staying at. This property looked fine at first glance, that is why we decided to go with it. But once we moved our stuff over we noticed how dirty it actually was. The window ledges were very dirty with bugs, dead and alive. The blinds looked disgusting (like blinds in a house that someone had been smoking in for 50 years)It smelled like steel cigarettes inside, pieces of the sealing fell in to our suitcase(we did not use this room at all except to store the suitcase, so how stuff just fell of the sealing I don’t know) the windows were very dirty as well. There were mystery specks on the wall that looked to be blood, I can’t be 100% sure but it sure did look like blood spots in the wall. There were hardly any cleaning supplies provided. The only cleaning supplies that were provided were a broom no dust pan, paper towels, trash bags (about 5 of them while we were spending a month there), swiffer with no pads, and a general spray. The door to the outside of the house had a gab were bugs, and lizards would come in. The outside trash was very sticky. Every time we walked by we held our breath because it smelled so bad, I went to see were the smell was coming from and found a whole bunch a maggots. Luckily the trash inside was better there were no maggots there, just toothpicks that were not ours.
I would appreciate if this review will not get deleted since it’s a honest review. I also wish I could have left a better review.

This was truly the best Airbnb I have been to in a while. The house was gorgeous and it had all brand-new amenities. The appliances were all brand new and very easy to use, not to mention the amount of fun activities that were at our disposal made it hard to leave the house. The backyard was where we spent the first few days but once we realized how close everything was we got to explore. The location is perfect and also has a great strip with a bunch of fun stores to browse! 10-minute drive from Siesta Key so it allowed us to enjoy the beach and explore the shops! I loved the master bedroom and the fact that there was a TV in every room. This experience was truly one my significant other and I will never forget and I can’t wait to book another stay as soon as possible. I will also be recommending this to everyone I know, I truly can’t express how perfect this place was. 10/10, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars, because it truly deserves it!

We have been coming to Tierra verde for many years, and usually we stay with friends, but this time we decided to do something different. We have only been staying in this condo for a couple of days, but our stay has been wonderful so far! The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything that we need to make our stay comfortable. We also love the balcony, which has a nice view of the pool and the water. The location is perfect and there are many beaches nearby! We will definitely book this condo again the next time we are in Tierra Verde.

Just stayed at The Seminole Tranquilty cove house for 5 nights.
Myself and 3 others were in the area to golf for 4 days.
This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Lots of space and multiple areas to watch sports on 1 of 6 televisions at night.
The place was very clean and well kept.
Booking process was very simple.
We would definitely stay here again.

The only recommendation I would give the owner would be to put some hooks up in the bedrooms to hang up towels after showering.
