Jason is, without question, the agent I would recommend to anyone considering selling or buying real estate within his extensive service area. My parents decided to sell a home they had purchased 35 yrs ago as an investment. The home was on the lower end of price ranges in the area and we expected agents to respond accordingly. Typically, this review of our experience would inform you that: 1) we met with several agents and found that Jason was considerably more prepared, knowledgeable about the relative home prices and enthusiastic about helping us, 2) we listed with him, he did a great job marketing the property and, 3) the house sold and closed within a reasonable amount of time at a price we were very happy with. . This is all TRUE, but to me, it's Jason's positive attitude, sense of humor, and the utmost respect he gives his clients and his profession that most inspired me to recommend Jason with this review. Just a few examples... My 89 yr old parents who owned the house have no idea about computers, cell phones, answering machines, etc. but Jason diligently took the time and made the effort to keep them informed regarding any activity, immediately returned their phone calls, even making the long drive to their home several times to provide information and answer their questions in person to make sure they completely understood the particular situation. Through modern technology, he kept in constant contact with me to make sure I was kept up to date on any/all activities, but had a terrific understanding and appreciation that his clients were my parents, not me. At times, situations came up that could potentially impact the possible sale of the property and Jason clearly explained the situation and offered his experienced advice regarding what he felt was best for us. Looking back, his advice was invaluable, clearly to our benefit, and not driven by the "make the sale and move on" attitude you might have expected. There's much more I could discuss about our very positive selling experience with Jason, but it was most important to us that anyone reading this review understand that, in addition to being an extremely knowledgeable representative of his profession, he is genuinely caring and passionate about the clients he serves. In closing, no, I'm not related to Jason, just a very happy son of his very happy clients (although, if Jason and my mother were not both married, I think my mother would ask him for a date!).
