The staff in Lake Butler is absolutely amazing! I love how they all know my name and know exactly what I want to do. I will only come to the Lake Butler office because the other branches are not to friendly. I wish they had a debit card printer, that is the only downfall for banking at a small bank.

When their ATM is not in service, and you take pictures to prove it, then get charged $3.25 for the foreign ATM fee at a different ATM, they will tell you they will refund it, but don't, even after being reminded.
Service from the tellers is horribly slow, and they will all stand with their backs to you and not even acknowledge your presence when they look over their shoulder right into your face. And in the meantime, the drive up teller lines are all sitting and waiting, too; not a single customer being served. Never had such poor experiences with any of the big banks. I guess this is what they actually mean when they talk about "hometown banking". Who knew? I was under the impression that meant it was better than the big banks. Not!!

I love my Bank! All the tellers are so very helpful!
They are very knowledgeable and ready to help. They were very patient and helpful as we dealt with my parents' estate. You are much more than an account number at this bank!

Do not have enough tellers to accommodate customers. ATM withdraw limits are some of the lowest I've seen in banking, as is the cap for debit card spending limits. They do have decent customer service, but beyond that it's lacking. If you do not have large amounts of money coming in and out they're perfect, if you do I suggest a larger bank.

Melissa and Maddison always answers the phone with a smile you can tell they take customer needs to heart no matter how big are small. All tellers in Lake Butler are fantastic.
