I've now stayed at 3 different Nuurez properties, from apartments to full houses and I have been impressed with every place I've stayed and the level of customer service Nuurez provides to it's guests.

From the level of cleanliness when I arrived, to the overall look and feel of the properties and even the ammenities each property provides alone would keep me coming back to book stays with them. The fact that their customer service goes so much farther than other places I've stayed is the reason why I always book with them anytime I'm in Atlanta or Orlando.

Hurricane Ian comes and wipes out a large portion of SW Florida, we canceled our long awaited vacation a week in advance, we still have no electricity, and this company is keeping half my money?

For a new business looking for investors NuuRez may want to consider a more sensitive approach to your customer service policies.

I'm reading some reviews and I just want to add that NuuRez, Inc. is a great company. Personally, I feel that it is not the responsibility of the company to control the weather and that each individuals should plan accordingly. Also, everyone knows investing is a risk and you will not always see a profit. I suggest investing in money manage courses.
