Personally, I would not have picked Berkshire Hathaway so I'm reluctant to disclose much information. My personal experience with them was through a employee/realtor in the selling of my house. The realtor that I dealt with is the only reason I used BH. The four-star rating I give is for her not the Co.

We have known Chuck Hoffman for over 13 years. He is an excellent realtor. We used Chuck’s services when we purchased our property in Lakeland, FL in 2012 and when we sold in 2023. He has always been very prompt to respond to all of our questions and needs with honesty and integrity. Moreover, he is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in Florida and is intimately familiar with all the trends (Statewide and locally in Polk County) and what to expect in the evolving real estate market. After about a couple of months of listing our property with him to sell it, and not having received any offers, we asked him if we should lower our asking price. He gave us a very honest answer with our best interest in mind. He told us to be patient and not lower our asking price, that the market was going through some ups and downs and that we should stay firm with our asking price. Sure enough, we receive a very good offer which was above the local average. Further, whenever there were any problems with the transaction, he was there to walk us through it. We highly recommend Chuck Hoffman as a Realtor.
