Due to a family emergency, we had to sell our house and do it quickly. Facing a a major illness we had enough stress in our lives and just wanted to get out from under our home with the least amount of stress. I took a risk and hired Chris to be our realtor and to help market and sell our house. I never thought I would encounter a man with such compassion along with an incredible sense of business I was worried about just hiring anybody who made a bunch of promises and did not keep them but I did not need to worry at all with Chris. He is a man of his word and extreme Integrity especially in today's world where you don't meet people like him very often. I did not want to have to clean the house, show the house, and be on edge at all times with people coming and going. I just wanted to sell the house with the least amount of stress so that I could put all my energy into my family I feel so fortunate to have found Chris who not only delivered on his word but also went above and beyond all my expectations I would choose Chris again without hesitation for all my real estate transactions and recommend that you do too
