We rented a unit at Spanish Trace Ocean Club for the week.

The unit had several concerns:
* Nonfunctional garbage disposal
* Nonfunctional electric outlet in the kitchen
* The oven broke on Day 6
* The unit had minimal hot water
* A handful of cleanliness concerns

We had to contact A1A Realty several times and they were responsive. We also had to contact the Maintenance Supervisor who was also polite and responsive.

However, for a 7 day stay this was way too many issues/concerns to deal with.

Spanish Trace Ocean Club requires meaningful upgrades and appears to suffer a lack of upkeep.

I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone that has above average expectations.

I am grateful for our long-term relationship with the women who run the rental company. They know all of our extended family and always do what they can to communicate effectively and get any needs addressed. We have been going to the same condo rental for over a decade.

We rented a beach home from this company. The Seahorse has multiple issues, and we ended up taking care of every single task ourselves. The home was covered in dog hair when we arrived. My spouse drove to the local store to purchase cleaning tools, and cleaners. The handle fell off the shower door. My spouse purchased screws and nuts, we repaired this. The vent hood was leaking water on the stove. Must have a leak from the ceiling? I took it apart to survey the situation, and it was covered in mold. Took time to scrub and clean this with cleaners. Ceilings are flaking its texture. The positives on this home is location-location-location! The views are worth every dime. The electricity went out on the island. We had no clue who to call. A1A called us the following morning to tell us there was a power outage the previous night. Allot of good that does in the evening in a dark home we are not familiar with. I will absolutely love to stay in this home again. The views are just traffic stopping gorgeous. Surrounded by Gods touch everywhere. I loved the outdoor shower and feet shower.

Loved staying at the beach front condo at Tradewinds! FANTASTIC view and the condo was clean and nice! Everyone had such a great time! Awesome restaurants in the area too!

AIA Realty Associates, Rental Connections are terrific. Leslie, Rental Connections contact, and Jamie, on-site superintendent at Pelican Inlet (PI), are fantastic. Any issue we have encountered during our stays have been addressed immediately - be it a satelite or tv issue, plumbing, etc. Both Leslie and Jamie have been proactive, efficient and congenial - regardless of the issue.

The condos we have stayed in were comfortable, well decorated, adequately stocked, and well-appointed. The community is a friendly one. The condo outdoor amenities are great. And of course, the location is awesome! A five minute walk from the condo to the boardwalk over the dunes and onto the never-ending sandy beach. A wonderful hour long beach walk zooms past as you soak up the beautiful sea, sky and sand views. Simply fantastic.

We stayed at PI for two months in 2023 and again in 2024. We are again looking forward to our two month stay in 2025!

We love ocean front Unit 220 at Spanish Trace with wrap around balcony with unobstructed view of beach and huge pool. Perfect to view sunrises while having breakfast. Furnishings include washer & dryer and many extra amenities. Staff is great.
