Great place for small reunions since the HOA only allows about 14 people to stay even though more can easily stay.
House was great for entertaining and barbecuing. Theater sound system was not fully functional and the pool table (advertised) was no where to be found. Heated pool and jacuzzi was not heated at all and it looks like this has been an ongoing problem. To see that the management already knew about it and still have not fixed it shows their lack of maintenance and skills and only care to hook people into renting under false pretenses.

I will submit a report the Better Business Bureau.

3 years later, and noticing previous reviews mention amenities that are promised are not as advertised. Just want to say that it's still true today. The hot tub is non-functional. The pool is not heated. Called the rental agency and they claimed they're send someone out (never did). The "theater room" is non-functional. It's a big TV with a bunch of couches. The sound system is not even hooked up. Various appliances are barely functional. The main refrigerator does not keep cold.

Overall, disappointed with what was promised vs delivered. The house rooms and bathrooms are nice, but there's just so many small issues over our trip that would make me never recommend this place again.

We loved the house and the area of Cinnamon Beach. The only thing we had problems with was the pool. The house is advertised as having a heated pool and spa. It was not working when we arrived and I immediately called and talked to Stephanie. She sent someone over on Monday that was familiar with the system. We felt it should have happened on Saturday when we called. The person she sent over, Star, said it was working it was just a poor system, but it should start heating. It still was not heating on Tuesday so I called again. I then got the pool company to call me back on Wednesday and they came Thursday morning to look at it. They said a part was broken and had to be ordered and then he left. I got no other feedback or calls. I was told that we did have use of the community pools and spas which I knew going in. We had 16 people, 7 being kids, and they were very disappointed. It was only about a 7 or 8 min walk to the community pool, but if we follow the rules which they are very strict with, it states only 8 people are allowed at the community pool per rental. It was also very inconvenient for the adults who wanted to have their own drinks that we brought with us. Overall the house was great. We did have a lot of problems working the tvs. There were directions but when we followed them the system didn't work. The kitchen and supplies of things were awesome. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge and very nice. We found some hairs in some of the showers, but with that big of a place we all didn't mind too much, but $495 for cleaning should have caught that. I would rent it again if I could guarantee of the pool system working.
