VTrips has been sincere, honest and think if how to always improve the strategies to attract as many guests to reserve our Beach Condo. They are always polite, friendly and well versed with the beach rental business.
They are always thinking of great strategies to improve attracting more guests. They are precise and came up with multiple solutions to problems we didn’t know existed till they found it. They always come up with the appropriate solutions. Excellent job!” We feel relaxed and at peace that our beach condo is in excellent hands. We have established a great business relationship this past year and they truly treat us like we are family. We wouldn't be as successful as we are without joe jerde and ruth chambers and rhe rest of the VTrip staff.

We rented Anastasia 613 in St. Augustine, FL and the online description is very misleading. The condo is NOT beachfront. The building the condo is LOCATED in is beachfront. Very different. You can see a SLIVER of the ocean if you stand in just the right spot in the living room. (The photographer who took the photos for the listing knows exactly what spot I'm talking about.) The online description states "From the living room, there is direct balcony access. Step onto the balcony each morning" This is false. The "balcony" isn't even as wide as my foot. There is a Florida room with sliding glass doors that don't work very well. There was a sign telling us not to open them. What? We're at the BEACH. We're going to listen to the ocean even if we can't see it from "the balcony".

The master bedroom is in a fishbowl so there is little privacy and you can hear everything going on in the living room. The furniture was comfortable but if you plan on using the sofa bed, make a different plan if you want to walk upright the next day. The mattress is about a hundred years old.

The online description states "The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you and your guests will need to prepare gourmet meals or tasty snacks to take with you to the beach! " Nope. Wrong again. If you like to cook on vacation, bring all the things you need because the kitchen is very poorly appointed. Couldn't find measuring spoons, there isn't a sharp knife anywhere in the kitchen, there was baked on food stuck to the frying pan so it had to be scrubbed before using, couldn't find a bowl large enough to make a salad. No gourmet meals for this kitchen.

There are 3 elevators in the building and at any given time, at least one was out of order due to repairs. The pool is very nice but it is dawn to dusk so no night swimming. The building is currently being updated so every morning around 8AM, there were concrete drills going as they installed new wrought iron rails for the stairs.

Also of note but nothing to do with the condo: we live in SC and have beautiful beaches but we drive 6 hours to SA, FL every year so we can park on the beach and we don't have to lug all of our things down a hundred yard boardwalk. Since we visited last year, they have done dune reclamation and it is a full blown workout to walk through the dunes. Lord help you if you have a beach cart. Additionally, you must have a 4X4 vehicle to access the beach (we don't) or you'll get stuck. It's $150 for a tow and we watched the guy tow 14 stuck vehicles on the first day we were there.

Anyway, we paid the same rate ($2100+) for a much nicer OCEANFRONT condo with a BALCONY in the same building last year and we felt like we were taken advantage of by the misleading online description so buyer beware. We got a couple of snarky messages from VTrips while we were there but they were less than helpful. We won't rent from them again.

We stayed at Ocean Sands North Building Condo 1204 in Madeira Beach Florida on the first two weeks of May 2023. Everything went smoothly with the owner and using VTrips they were very organized.

There is a minimum stay of 14 days. The Condo unit is a studio which was in great shape, because new owners recently took it over and redid the whole inside. It was freshly painted had its own washer and dryer in the unit and a new bed.

The Condo has its own balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a great view of the sunsets. The overall maintenance of the building was great, it looked like it was recently painted and they seemed to always be cleaning it during the day and also checking the pool and spa water.

There is a deck at the front of the building with a Tiki hut which you can BBQ at, it also has a shuffleboard that can be used.

The building is located 1.8 miles North of John's Pass and it has several restaurants' and bars all within walking distance of the Condo.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this Condo unit. We have been going to Madeira Beach since 2014 and it was the best Condo unit we stayed in yet.

My family and I booked a condo through Distinctive Beach rentals the week of Christmas. Woke up Christmas Eve covered in confirmed bed bug bites. We were moved to another unit through another company that was disgusting. Checked out Christmas and drove 10 hours home. The communication during that time was sporadic. Finally received the luggage we had to leave in the condo to be treated three weeks later in horrible condition. We did receive a partial refund when we had hoped to stay, but when we left because of the conditions in the second rental no compensation beyond that. Now we are out over 1000 dollars, a set of luggage and most likely scars from bed bug bites. The customer service of this company is horrible . Do not book anything with Vtrips or Distinctive beach rentals.

Garrett’s Grotto in Galveston, Tex - Unresponsive to issue with excessive trash left by previous occupants. Issue was acknowledged but told verbally and in emails multiple times problem reported to maintenance. Trash attracted birds and flies. Had to pick up scattered trash several times due to birds tearing open bags. Maintenance or cleaning not on top of ac vents, light bulbs and fire alarm.

House was very large, beautiful and great location.

Our experience at 404 Arie Dam was excellent. The unit is roomy, up-dated, clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf and easy access to the beach and pool. The area has lots to do with many restaurants and bars. Access to the unit was easy, and the management company helped us navigate hurricane Helene, which came at the end of our stay.

Loved the home we rented for spring break. Walked to beaches and to dinner from the house. The dock was a great place for our sons to fish.
