I am a cancer patient who lost his vocal cords in December 2023. I have been trying to work with this clown since then, and he has put me on hold every time. My family and I lived there for 3 years. Never late on rent. Maintained the property as a tenant should. Pest control, lawn service, and minor repairs. Took our entire deposit after they said they would allow us to come back and touch up anything that needed to be corrected. They are liars and only look out for the owners of the home. Two-bit hustlers. Do not suggest them AT ALL.

This property management company is only for the owners. Do not rent through them. Not late on rent once. Always went above and beyond during my 3 year tenancy. Fixed minor things myself, painted, cleaned carpets, thoroughly cleaned, pressure washed, and many other things. Wear and tear does not apply to them. We paid a one month deposit initially and expect close to the full amount back. What we got, we owed 100$. How? I cannot tell you. But we will be disputing them. Unreal experience. Only there for themselves and the owners, NOT THE TENANTS!

Do not rent a property from this company!!! They lie to your landlord after you move out and charge them outrageous cleaning fees. I have know this my previous land fir decades, that’s why they rented to me,! Told my loans to raise the rent he agreed to charge us so they could get more money. Never fixed anything till after we moved in like ceiling fans and closet doors.Not that I would ever complain to my landlord because it was bit his fault. Never had the place cleaned before we moved in but told him we left the house filthy and they had to have it professionally cleaned. My landlord thank me for skung such great care of the place lol! FYI b#%€h I used to be a professional cleaner, no cleaning company charges that much for a move out clean! YOU ARE A DISGUSTING HUMAN!!!!!!!!!!!

I can absolutely say this has been the best rental experience I have ever had. Alec and Angie are very professional, polite, and extremely attentive to their tenants needs. I would give them a ten if I could! Kudos!!!!
