What you hope from a property manager is that they will manage your property the way you would.
McNiece Management does this.
They respond to and resolve issues right away, communicate quickly with guests, and keep us informed about any situations that develop. They arrange cleaning and maintenance at reasonable rates; take care of guest check in and out; respond to reviews; and re-stock as needed.
They offered us advice when we were setting our rental up, they take professional photos, and you can choose whether you host with them or allow them to be in charge.
I cannot think of any area where they are falling short, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
