Sarena was recommended to us by a friend and she did not disappoint. My previous home buying experience, which was also my first, was not a good one. I was understandably nervous, but Sarena was perfect. She is so kind and reassuring, her demeanor helped greatly. She was also always available to quell any concerns or answer any questions we had, and in the rare instance she didn't know the answer, she was prompt in finding out and getting back to us.
