This was a complicated process because the estate had to be settled first and I live out of state in NJ. Jamie Mumma a buyers agent was highly unethical during the buying/selling process. She misrepresented her client and me the seller several times during transaction. Put re pair work that I was ordering and paying for in her buyers name pre closing. She was disrespectful to my realtor on numerous occasions. She scheduled repair work for Windows without consent. Had electricians scheduled and did not inform us that they would be putting holes in ceiling, etc. BEWARE OF THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!

This realtor will ONLY want to show you this property IF you show them CASH in your checking account. 22 text messages and 20 phone calls and I have yet to see the inside a property -30 DAYS OF TRYING- as when I was going to see this property the realtor claimed her key stopped working and never showed me the property. The property was NOT listed as CASH ONLY and I have a COMPLAINT to the broker --HOWARD S.WEINSTEIN- and he too has not responded to my phone call and voice message left him a week ago (those apples do not fall far from the tree). I believe they are using this property for leads. LEE ANN MCDONALD AND BRYAN COWARD -BAD ETHICS and I will follow up with more complaints with the state. REMOVE this property so they STOP scamming people.

Stay away from this realtor company!!! They are very sneaky and not trustworthy. David Zusman one of their realtor will tell you what ever you want to here to get a sale and screw you. I just purchased a house from a seller they represented and I have to say this office is far worst than any other realtor company I have dealt with and this was the third house I have purchased in 6 years so it’s safe to say I know a little bit about buying a house.
