This was the third closing I had with Signature. In May we used them to close on my home I sold, then also for a home I purchased, and again for a home I just purchased for investment. Having one stop shopping by going to Cynthia and her team was a must for me as I travel extensively for work and I don't want to chase multiple people down for information. For each closing, they sent a notary (or Cynthia) and it was easy to do in my own homes. I asked for all paperwork in advance to review so it was simply sign away and be done with it.

Of note: On my sale of my home, we have a problem with the title agency for the buyer. A MASSIVE problem. They were funding me 2 days after the sale was complete because they said they had put the wrong routing number down for Chase (mind you, any moron who does wires knows Chase's routing number by heart so I do not believe a word they said). Cynthia did not have to intervene on my behalf. We are talking a 7 figure sum, so you can imagine I was upset. She did so anyway and helped, along with my agent (the freaking amazing Kate Stiffler of Lokation Realty in Fort Lauderdale), and they got it rectified in 12 hours instead.

Having a team like Signature on your side for a closing is a MUST. People often don't think about who is handling the closing and just figure it's a back and forth of emails blah blah blah, but it's MUCH more than that. The ability to call/text/email any question you have and get immediate responses is a must, and Cynthia and her team excel at that aspect. I'm a CEO of two companies, and run two others as well. My time is available in short windows so they had no problem working around me, helping me out, finding information out for me, and walking me through the process.
