All procedural aspects of sale covered well. Would have preferred a little more time to get the paperwork signed. It was emailed to me on Thursday, 12/26 at 1300 hours with instructions to have it signed, notarized, and FedExed back to Galaxy to arrive by Friday, the 27th since closing was on Monday, the 30th. Moreover, we were to have all signatures and notarizing done, scan the signed pages and email them back to Galaxy and have them approved before we could FedEx. We didn't. We took pics and texted them to Galaxy since to do what they asked, we would have had to finish with the notary, drive back home, scan, save, and email (10 signatures each, 22 pages). They accepted the signatures and we FedExed the pkg (we had to go to Walgreens since The UPS Store doesn't FedEx). Plus, it cost us $85.00. We emailed the brokers afterward suggesting that next time they consider using a Title company closer to either of their respective offices. Still, deal is done and they emailed me to say the wire transfer of the proceeds is on its way to my checking account, so it is what it is.
