Lisa Feltranelli was the listing agent on a property that I bought in century village in West Palm Beach Florida what a waste of skin maybe she needs additional training not sure if it's just laziness or ignorance she misinformed what was included with the HOA, never received any bylaws, and left in the dark to fig out on my own. There is a different HOA for every building and they operate very different and it was her responsibility to find out the procedure.My realtor did reach out several times but again she only responds through email making the same statements that are incorrect! useless!

I hired Valerie Genck as my realtor in 2023 to purchase my first home in South Florida. I ended up regretting my decision - my home-buying experience with Valerie was one of the most stressful and difficult times in my life. She is a fair weather realtor, who did not act in my best interest and cannot be trusted to properly advise clients if any issues arise. Her incompetence and lack of loyalty resulted in the potential loss of a significant amount of money which required me to hire an attorney to help correct her negligence. I filed a complaint with the FL Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), and a determination of fault was issued, which resulted in a fine, education and probation. When I took these issues to Michelle Richardson, the Managing Broker at LoKation, she deflected and denied any responsibility on behalf of LoKation and Valerie. Her response was to recommend I get an attorney and she stressed the needs and concerns of the Seller, rather than me as her client.

After all of the drama, lack of assistance, and additional expense incurred, Valerie/LoKation had the audacity to collect their full buyer’s agent commission and say nothing to me in return. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that you choose a different agent and brokerage - there are plenty to choose from in South Florida.

I am so appalled! I rented a property where Mehmet Selcuk Erterkin was the LoKation real estate agent and according to him also “the representative” for the landlord. However, I came to find out through social media they seem to personally know each other. After a year, I vacated the property and they have decided to stay with my deposit after leaving the place exactly the way that I received it. He told me that I would receive my deposit via zelle within 30 days and has not returned any of my texts and neither has the landlord and it’s way past the time frame. They literally just stole my money like nothing! No (verbal or written) correspondence, no communication, no reason, just decided that they would ignore me and keep my $3,500. Unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like this!!! Super unprofessional! Now I’m stuck taking this through legal channels as a very busy single mother.

I haven’t worked with the company with it being in a different area of Florida than me. The realtor from my understanding is an independent entity but I feel they still represent the company in whole. Angela S. made my home buying experience horrible, she consistently stated she would send me listings and never did. When we first came into to contact we spoke about my wants, with the intention of finding homes for me that fit the criteria. The home I ended up purchasing and any home I was interested in viewing were found by me. I can say the only thing she brought to the table was being the middle man between the seller and myself. I had to stay on her to get any information. Getting in contact with her after I made an offer was a headache, I spoke more with the lender than her. Before closing she told me the home would be cleaned before I closed and when I closed, I found out the house was not cleaned. Did she care to check for me being that I was purchasing while living out of state, no. I had to reach out to other people to get things done and she would contact me after the fact. I am not happy nor satisfied with her efforts at all. If I could determine the amount she would receive in commission, it would have been the lowest percent possible. Actually I would’ve kept it for myself. I will not be referring her to anyone looking for a home in the Jacksonville area.
