My elderly mother decided to move back to Idaho and we were confronted with the dreaded task of selling her SF condo in Chinatown from out of state. Working with Amy, our worries and fears were soon alleviated. Amy is like a Swiss Army knife; she is very knowledgeable in many areas of the real estate business. From her interior design expertise to her coordinating with the contractor during the remodeling process. She is very knowledgeable in the current local codes and bylaws. She listed/marketed our property in such a way that it was sold in less than 2 weeks! Closing was a breeze and seamless, and to top it off, we got the asking price.
