Sam is the new owner operator of Gold Coast Scuba, he and his staff are very pleasant.

As a beginner, my wife signed up our two daughters and I for the snorkeling tour. We were lead by Charles, and he was personable and attentive.

I had a lot of questions, and Charles patiently answered them all. He was very welcoming and the three is us enjoyed the experience. There’s ample metered parking in front of the store.

I recently rented a Brownie's Third Lung from Gold Coast Scuba, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! Sam was incredibly helpful and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. The equipment worked perfectly, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience enjoyed by my whole family.

What really stood out was Sam's exceptional customer service. He called me several times to check in and make sure everything was going well. He even offered to come out and join us to ensure we had the best experience possible. Talk about going above and beyond!

We had a wonderful experience with Sam. My husband, my two daughters, and I rented snorkeling gear. He spent so much time making sure we had the right fit for our shoes and swimming goggles. He also explained to us where to go and what was the best way to go. he was so kind and he spent so much time with us. His computer had live feed of the area, and that was also helpful to know where to go! We had a great experience at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea snorkeling. We saw all kinds of fish and a turtle! We were so excited. It would not be so successful without him and Gold Coast scuba! We definitely will go there again when we come back in town.

Gold Cost Scuba is a great dive shop and the location is so close to dive Ft. Lauderdale by the Sea. Sam was great to share the best dive plan and entrance to the beach. It's been awhile since I've been in deep water so this was a great refresher dive before we diving in St. Thomas. They have a huge live feed screen in the shop for the beach and water conditions. Gold Coast Scuba is also involved in multiple projects to give back to the community. We hope to go on a live aboard dive adventure with them someday. Thanks Sam for the great experience in Florida!

Great experience.. was able to rent the new Battery Sea Lion 3rd lung for 3 days without the need of a full purchase. Staff was very helpful and explained everything. I will say it’s less of a hassle working with the battery version of the 3rd long vs the gasoline one. A lot easier to use.. put it in the water and flip the switch..

Gold Coast and the owner Sam were a huge help in making my first dive trip to Lauderdale by The Sea a success. Not only did we get our air fills and some pieces of gear through Gold Coast for a good price, but Sam provided critical advice to shore diving the reef, and also set us up with an awesome boat dive out of Pompano. I was visiting family in Lauderdale by the Sea, and on a whim, I called on Saturday to see if I could scuba dive on Sunday. I'm PADI certified since 2017 but haven't been diving in 5 years, so I booked a guide. My guide Leo was absolutely fantastic!!! He literally took me by the arm and stayed by my side the entire dive, which was great since I'm still pretty new to scuba. He also rented me an awesome case for my phone and HE took all of my videos so I could just enjoy the dive with my own eyes and not worry about the camera.
Everyone else in the shop and on the boat were also GREAT!! I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in the area!

Sam took myself and my kids snorkeling and was fantastic from the beginning when we got to his scuba shop and tried on some gear. Sam treated us like family. Awesome experience, we will be back!
