I was a loyal Cabo customer for years with three Air B&Bs working full time. Cabo was not 100% great but they were acceptable. I sold those homes years ago and got out of the ABB business and therefore no longer needed their services.

I recently purchased another home and decided to set up an appointment for a simple clean to take place on Sunday March 19, 2023. I received confirmation of my reservation but when the day arrived they told me they didn’t have anyone to clean. STRIKE ONE. They then asked me when I needed the cleaning by. Given that I have a guest arriving mid day today March 20, 2023, I told them I would need someone early in the morning. They advised that someone would arrive by 8am. 8am came and went and no one showed up. At 8:30am I contacted them wondering where the cleaners were. I was told they were on the way. 9am still no one. STRIKE TWO. I contacted them again and they told me they didn’t know where the cleaner is and that she was supposed to be on the way. What At that point I told them to cancel the clean and I would do it myself even though I had to get to my job. I would have thought they would want to rectify the situation in some manner but nope, not the case. Just a weak “sorry for the inconvenience” and then silence. No attempt to make it right after I waited for almost two hours and then had to do my own cleaning before the guest arrived. STRIKE THREE and the final nail in the coffin.

Suffice it to say, I will NEVER EVER EVER use them again. No accountability, lack of respect for ones time and poor customer service, why would anyone work with them? Buyer beware.

This is very convenient and makes sure everything is done on time. The owner Simone is easy to reach.

Cleaners arrived on time. High traffic areas were cleaned (literal paths). I asked for an area rug to be vacuumed - it was clearly not - but they claimed they had and I wasn’t going to argue. I contacted management to get a clearer scope of work for future cleanings. No one would call me and I just received a message saying I didn’t ask for a deep clean. The service is pricey so be sure to set your expectations clearly, in advance. I actually would have tried them again if someone had called me so I would have know what service to request in the future.

I hired Cabo to clean my condo glass balconies, sliding glass doors, vacuum, sweep and mop the terrace floors and wipe down the patio furniture. It was all exterior work, not your usual housekeeping services. They sent Laura Garibay and I highly recommend that you ask for her. She's young, industrious, works hard and fast and efficiently and got the job done very well. I'd estimated it would take 4 hours and it actually did and she worked without taking a break. She also speaks better English than I do Spanish so communications were excellent. I wouldn't normally pay $30/hour for general housekeeping but our regular housekeeper couldn't do the job Laura did so I felt I got my money's worth.
