The only way to describe the work By The Sea did in selling my condo would be “perfection.” There is no improvement possible. Rich was the broker, Carly was the agent – both did a phenomenal job. My condo was a studio and was suited for a limited selection of buyers. It was also among the lowest listing prices handled by By The Sea during this period. Nevertheless, it was A+ treatment every step of the way. Nearly an immediate call back to my online inquiry. Rich and Carly were early to the appointment to see the unit. Very quickly (within days of listing) there was a cash offer close to listing price. That buyer fell through, unfortunately…or so I thought. The same day the first buyer pulled out, I got an e-mail from Carly with another cash offer – this time at listing price! The process from there was perfectly smooth, including with By The Sea’s in-house title services provided by Carol.
