We hired Adam to lease a 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse for us after it had been previously listed for a year with another broker who did absolutely nothing for us. There was no communication, and he even left his lockbox on our property. Initially, we were concerned because we had a bad taste in our mouths from the prior experience.

We knew Adam through word of mouth and were impressed by his stellar online presence. Shortly after hiring him, he quickly put up a sign—something the previous broker didn’t even bother to do. He also had his company create a professional offering memorandum and took high-quality photos of the property, both of which the previous broker had neglected.

Adam suggested a lower listing price, but we initially thought it was priced right. However, we quickly realized through the feedback he provided after every showing that the price might not have been ideal. This was a night-and-day difference compared to the other broker, who never gave us any feedback. With the price adjustments, Adam also provided high-level market data every month, showing a softening market. After a few price adjustments, we actually had multiple offers.

That said, the process wasn’t without its challenges. However, we worked as a team, and Adam consistently provided high-level guidance regarding negotiations. He worked through delays on both sides and was able to share market insights, ranging from small family clients to larger institutional ones.

Adam also joined a few calls with the attorney to ensure everything was handled in unison. He maintained a solid relationship with the tenants and the tenant’s broker, guiding them through the process since they had zero experience, which was evident.

He went above and beyond, even pricing out items in the warehouse that became a concern for other potential clients.

In the end, it took a few months with Adam, but the process was much faster and far more efficient. He was responsive throughout, and I would absolutely hire him again for other properties.
