I went to a food truck event here tonight. Happy to see a few vendors and people I know as I live in the Inverrary area.

Shout out to Sweet Lips food truck for service. Happy to run into Ms Lahoma Scarlette as we run in the same advertising/marketing arena. I hope they do more of these with the City and CRA.

Very helpful team at the town hall! Answered my questions by phone and emailed me the forms. When I came in person to submit the forms and pay, the service was quick, and they were able to schedule inspections for the same day!
I never had to use the city hall before, and the help was better than a lot of private business help! I'm proud of our town! 😀

I saw some bad reviews and wanted to share that my experience was the complete opposite. I was doing the driveway to my home and from the beginning to end this office was so helpful. They answered all my question and trust me I had a lot. I had no idea what I was doing and they were so helpful and walked me through it all. It did not take as long as I thought either. Made me feel comfortable for my next project I’m redoing my fence.

Absolutely terrible place. Second time I've had to go to city hall and greeted by very rude receptionist each time who has an attitude and rolls her eyes every time you ask a question. While waiting to be helped noticed the city hall workers were arguing and telling off every resident that walks through the doors. The City Of Lauderhill needs to provide better training for its staff and hold them accountable for the way they conduct business. What I witnessed today was not an isolated incident and find it repulsive that they would allow the staff to act in such a manner. Having worked for citys both past and present behavior of that sort would be greeted by termination. -You've been warned-
