This was our first trip to Europe.. and at first I was a little apprehensive dealing with a travel agent.. Renata put us at ease and walked us through the whole process step by step. She help us carve out where exactly we wanted to go. And I have to say it was everything we hoped for and more! The first leg of the trip was in Italy .. beautiful .. very historic.. the people were kind and respectful.. the food fabulous! But with every trip there were glitches.. however whatever we encountered, Renata was a phone call away to make sure everything went smoothly. She did her utmost to ensure that my son and myself were taken care of in whatever situation we encountered. On the second half of the trip we went to Spain and every moment of our time there was absolutely unforgettable. All and all this was a trip of a lifetime and we truly appreciate all that Renata did for us. She is the best of the best.

Needed a last minute booking for the weekend, I explained what I wanted as amenities. I was able to check in early with all the amenities, the hot tub was needed. Very quick they emailed my confirmation. The young lady called me back in fifteen minutes to confirm if I got my confirmation and you can actually check in now. I was delighted. I hung up the phone and said "That's what I'm talking about" Highly recommended!!!
