I knew Jeff Vidal from college and with his 10+ years of experience in the real estate business he was the person I knew I wanted to help with my purchase. Jeff is excellent in his job as a real estate agent. He is a hard worker, very professional, punctual, responsive and very knowledgeable. Moreover, I enjoyed working with him because he a nice guy, very personable and very helpful. What I think made the difference for me, is that Jeff understood what we wanted and did not waste time showing us properties that we wouldn't like. We ended up seeing probably a total of 6 or 7 properties, and the property we bought was the first one he took us to. The ones we saw after that were properties we looked up online, but eventually ended up buying the 1st one which was recommended by him.
