Al llegar con mis clientes para un cierre desde miami después de 3 horas de viaje ,dijo una señora solo los que van a firmar dejándome en la puerta con mi hijo y ni un beso de agua ,pedí hablar con la (encargada responsable) salio de su oficina le pregunte el porque de esta acción después que vengo desde lejos ,ella me respondió que vinimos porque quisimos porque ella lo había enviado por email ,pero mis clientes son personas mallores y querían estar en personas, pero como ella me dijo al teléfono hoy a la mañana de no venir ni yo ni mis compradores y yo le respondí que yo iva asistir porque así lo deseaba mis compradores hacer todo en persona creo esto la molesto y como represaria tomaron esta medida
Quiero aclarar que no es por distanciamiento social ya que desde aquí veo varias personas e incluso mi cliente le dijo porque ella no es mi realtor y me esplicara me dijo tenemos traductor y nunca de las veces que llame nadie hablaba español exacto hoy ,de verdad que es una experiencia vastante desagradable y no le recomiendo este lugar ya que no desearía pasen por este momento tan feo ni agua 💧 brindaron es como si fuece un perro 🐕 la persona que les llevo un cliente cash ,pero tienen la unidad de la oficina de la realtor de la transacción con la compañía de titulo y la verdad son unos malo educada la señora que supuestamente dice ser la directora del lugar después de 25 minutos sentada afuera sale a preguntarme si se como se llaman el banco que le hizo el deposito le dije que le preguntara a lo compradores y miro mal y me dijo no quieres cerrar como una amenaza lo que puedo expresar aquí no es igual que vivirlo de veras que a sido el peor momento que e pasado como realtor al negociar con esta compañía

When I arrived with my clients for a closure from Miami after 3 hours of travel, a lady said only those who are going to sign leaving me at the door with my son and not a kiss of water, I asked to speak with the (responsible person in charge) left Her office asked her why this action came after I came from afar, she replied that we came because we wanted to because she had sent it by email, but my clients are bad people and they wanted to be in people, but as she told me on the phone today The morning of not coming neither I nor my buyers and I replied that I was going to attend because my buyers wanted to do everything in person I think this bothered her and in retaliation they took this measure
I want to clarify that it is not because of social distancing since from here I see several people and even my client told her because she is not my realtor and she explained to me that we have a translator and never of the times that I call nobody spoke exact Spanish today, really It is a vastly unpleasant experience and I do not recommend this place since I would not want you to go through this ugly moment or water 💧 they toasted it is like a dog 🐕 the person who brought them a cash client, but they have the unit of the office of the Realtor of the transaction with the title company and the truth is that they are badly educated the lady who supposedly claims to be the director of the place after 25 minutes sitting outside comes out to ask me if I know the name of the bank that made the deposit I told her that I will ask the buyers and I look bad and he said you do not want to close as a threat, what I can express here is not the same as living it for real, it has been the worst moment I have spent as a realtor in the business go with this company
