There is no one else that I would’ve trusted more with my Home buying experience than the team members at Maxim Realty, Joleigh was amazing throughout the whole process: fought for what I wanted, fought for the things I didn’t know I wanted, and was easy to reach at anytime with any questions or concerns I had. Ryan, the broker who works closely with Maxim, made my transaction as easy as possible and was also very easily accessible whenever I had any concerns. Communication is definitely not a problem with the team at Maxim, they look out for your best interest, and take care of you like family. If I were to buy a home again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Maxim.

My experience with Maxim Realtors was with Jen Daria who worked on a condo lease for me in the Fort Myers area. In every interaction I had with Jen, it was exceedingly apparent how little she cared about my business. I am aware that a rental lease is not a big money maker for a realtor, and Jen's behavior made it feel like my lease was not worth her time. It began with her very slow response time to all of my emails. I was trying to set up my lease while out of the state of Florida and hoped that my realtor would be prompt in responding to emails, but Jen would take weeks between response time; with little to no explanation for the wait. When she did email me her responses were extremely short and unprofessional. When I finally moved in, she did not even respond to me about signing my lease until after I had moved in, stating she was "out of town". It seems to me that even if Jen was out of town, she could take a second for a simple email response, or pass off my account to one of her associates at Maxim. After all this, the lease she gave me had been scanned and re-scanned so many times that it was completely illegible. My condo association wouldn't accept the lease and I had to get Jen to resend me the lease to resign. All in all, I am happy with my condo, but very unhappy with the service (or lack there of) that I received from Jen Daria at Maxim realtors. Even if my business was only a small rental deal, I don't appreciate being made to feel like I am not worth Jen's time. I would not recommend her as a realtor.

Jen Daria has managed our rental property (condo) for the last 4 years and recently sold it for us on August 15. She is very knowledgeable in both the rental and sales areas of the real estate business. She finds qualified tenants quickly and the rental process runs quickly and efficiently. She has referred us to excellent maintenance companies when needed to do repairs, cleaning, etc. We highly recommend Jen Daria and Maxim Realtors.

Jen Daria has done an excellent job finding renters for my two properties in Ft. Myers for the last 8 years. She responds immediately to all parties, takes care of the paperwork and solves tenant issues quickly. In addition, she did a top notch job last year in selling one of my units quickly and for a great price.
Jen Daria is a person you can depend on to get the job done right and she puts my needs first.

Steve and Joleigh made buying a home from out of state very easy. They went over and beyond to take care of things there since we couldn’t be. Even sending us pictures and FaceTiming.They were great !! Steve and Joleigh were ALWAYS Looking out for OUR BEST INTERESTS from start to finish. Maxim is a real team. We would highly recommend them and We couldn’t of trusted anyone more with the whole experience of buying a new home. If we could give them 10 stars we would.

Unfortunately, my experience with Jen Daria wasn't great (rented a condo@ North Star for 2 years). She is usually unavailable, takes long periods of time to respond back (unless its to her best interest), and can be very unprofessional (late to pick up keys, asking for favors, leaving lights on when showing property despite being asked not to, etc). Several times I had to send multiple e-mails before she would get back to me. I would not recommend.

Steve Daria owner of Maxim Realty LLC is extremely unprofessional and should be avoided at all costs. He scheduled to show our home yesterday with 3 hours notice on a holiday weekend. Being the Christmas holiday we had family and friends over and the house was in no shape for a showing but I worked my fanny off to clean and organize. and stage the house for a showing. Turned on every light and fan. Also turned on music system throughout the house and opened and left open our wall of sliders open to the Lanai. 21/2 hours waiting for him and his clients, never showed up, no call or text to showing time service to say be late or can't make it. Nothing. Then next morning got another request for a 2nd showing with another 3 hour notice for a showing. Of course I had no way of knowing for sure it was this same unprofessional Steve Daria from Maxim. Same thing, waited 2 1/2 hours, never showed, no call, no text or email. By now I am extremely upset and called my very professional and reliable realtor Michael Burke telling him what took place and asking him to find out if both showings were the same person and to get me his name. He called Steve to complain to him about his total unprofessional conduct and Steve 's only response was sorry just ran out of time, meant to call but was just too busy. He then hung up on my realtor,
I will be filling a formal complaint with the Board of Realtors.
