Adam and his team have been amazing to work with. This is not a “fair weather” real estate agency. They are willing to take on difficult listings in challenging markets. I have sold multiple properties and have more for sale with Adam. His level of attentiveness and responsiveness is incredible. He has an incredible amount of experience and he makes us feel as though we are his one and only customer even though he is dealing with much larger investors and much bigger transactions. I really appreciate the fact he is willing to answer questions about all aspects of our property and give us time to get us pointed in the right direction. We live 1000 miles away from FL and it feels like we have a partner right there. Adam and his team has now helped us with the sale of another property and we have been thrilled to have him working with us!
