Communication Issues

I am very disappointed to report that my experience with
Zivkovic & Associates Real Estate Services has been unsatisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone and promises of a callback, my inquiries have gone unanswered. This lack of communication has caused significant inconvenience and has made it challenging to trust the reliability of their services. I had hoped for a more responsive and professional interaction, especially considering the importance of timely communication in real estate matters.

I rented a home through Zivkovic and Associates, with Julianna. My move-in experience went very smooth. I have to say every time I had a maintenance issue, they were always promptly there to fix the problem. They are very competent and reliable rental company.

From my very first contact with Zivkovic & Associates , everyone I have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I have been kept informed throughout and the advice I have received has been very welcome and spot on.
In particular I would like to personally thank Irene for her dedication , commitment , and ability to match me with the perfect property. Irene is phenomenal! She goes above and beyond to always ensure that I am comfortable and enjoying my new home . Finding the perfect fit and moving in within a certain allotted time seemed an impossible task , but it was quickly made easy for me all because of Irene and her dedication.
With the skill set she possesses , she moved quickly and efficiently and I couldn't have been more pleased .
It's hard to find that type of personal commitment in an agent , and I am forever grateful for all of the work and time she puts in.

The leasing agent I spoke to named Stevianne Leon was 15 minutes late for our first showing and once she did arrive informed us that the apartment was already in the application process for someone else. We made another appointment to see a different property, we arrived 5 minutes early and walked a loop around the small complex. 15 minutes after our scheduled showing I called S. Leon to make sure I had the time right and that she was on her way. Once I got her on the phone not only did she say she had been there and we had some how not seen her when we walked the property but also claimed to have spoken to me on the phone when she had not. When I tried to explain that she must have spoken to someone else, she hung up on me. It was an insulting and very unprofessional experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
