I'm dealing with two land files with the same buyer where they are poor communicators. They had the wrong information on one file. I can't get simple updates on the files I'm working on. If I choose a company to handle my real estate transactions, I do expect good service. With these two transactions, I haven't had that. I've had to call in to find out about any update and both my buyers and me are wondering what's going on with the files when a simple email should suffice. I've never worked with any title company where I had to call in to find out what was going on. Not only that, Alex insulted my intelligence by asking me if he should email me the words, no updates, when there are no updates. I feel like he was being facetious when he didn't have to be. I'll be taking all of my real estate files to another title company where I won't be treated this way. Also, these people are difficult to reach as well.

Townsend accepted a personal check from buyer for closing making me the seller wait 10 days for funds? 20+ years in real estate and never had this experience. No communication with the lender and now as the seller I have to pay the interest?
