As Canadians, we were unfamiliar with the closing requirements in the US and and Susan McDaniel handled our file very efficiently. This title company handled a recent transaction for me. I was not overly impressed but I gave them 2 stars. Trying to have phone calls returned is very, very difficult. I had to make several calls. It seemed if I called and "Michael" answered then there was a 75% chance of having my call returned. I also used another Title company and found them to be much better.
