Posting on behalf of my relative. “Had the unfortunate opportunity to work with Cheryl Burnett. This lady is not seller friendly, will recommend companies that charge more than others that she gets a cut out of if you say she referred you. She is rude, sarcastic, isn’t direct everything is a song and dance and doesn’t help hardly anyway in the selling process. My family and I have done more to sell the house than she has. If you sign a contract with her be prepared to work yourself to sell your home. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone. “

Stay away from using Mario Gonzalez, he made me feel horrible. Prequalified me and basically said because what I do for a living that I probably only really make $50k a year. I showed him my preapproval letter stating I’m eligible for $2 million, then his whole attitude changed. Not someone I felt valued me as a customer and just fyi sir, I make $350k at my job but I also make $600k from my other sources of income, oh and just another thing for you to know. Is I get a trust payout for the rest of my life at $11,200 a month. Don’t ever judge a book by its cover sir! You are ignorant for doing that

We took over a deal that Bill had the Buyer's on and at the end of the Contract. The deal had been going on for over 2 months. Once we took over the buyer's, Bill & Wendy were awesome and helped in every way to get us what we needed quickly and communicated through all.
We all together, as a team got the deal done in just 1 week but, would not have been possible without Bill and his team!

We HIGHLY recommend Karen Mulrooney.
We've purchased four homes.
God blessed us Karen Mulrooney for our last purchase, April 2016.
Karen did an excellent job finding specific prospective homes.
Once we made an offer on our current home, the best advice that Karen gave us was to have inspections, especially a septic tank inspection.
Karen's extensive knowledge of the Hernando County market saved us $6,000 off the agreed sales price.
Sure enough, our inspection revealed a collapsed plastic septic tank, an inadequate drain field, and an unprofessional tank location that required four 90 degree turns into it.
Along with Karen's professional knowledge, she is a VERY pleasant person to work with: patient, understanding, kind, concerned for the well being of her client rather than a quick sale; AND, a really nice person.
We always recommend Karen to anyone seeking a home in Hernando County; AND, she is the only realtor that we will ever use for any future property purchases.
