HAD I KNOWN EVERYTHING.... I never would have rented from them. I would make sure to have a building inspection done, that the locks actually work, pool works, leaks in the roof, etc. Furthermore, I would do a though cleaning inspection, pool is clean, check every filter, etc. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion in my life.... and it's been terrible and a massive hassle.

Choosing Alice Dent and Georgia Pinto to help us sell our home was the best idea. These ladies are the definition of go getters! This was an experience we had not been through in 40 yrs. Couldn't have asked for a more professional real estate team to get things done. My parents received three offers on their Naples home after just one day of listing through Kristin and Jonathan at Local RE (and it was pouring rain the day potential buyers visited). They closed on the sale less than a month later. I credit this speed to their broad and extensive network, use of an excellent photographer, deep knowledge of the area, negotiating skills, efficient office staff, and pure hustle. My parents were also in the midst of going through surgery overseas and coordinating a move out of state, so the pressure and stress were enormous. However, K & J went above and beyond in threading the needle to make it all work in time. This included helping us dispose and store last-minute items we were unable to take, as well as successfully brokering the sale of a large item for us six weeks later. If K & J are a shining example of how Local RE treats their clients, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Local RE to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the Naples area!
