I just wanted to take a moment to share my experiences with Theresa Morris and the team at Morris Realty and Investments. They are the most honest and professional real estate company I have ever dealt with. Their level of integrity is superior. I have enlisted Theresa’s services and expertise for several transactions and I have always been highly satisfied. I have never met anyone that works harder on my behalf than she does. I am also impressed by the fact that her company is a strong and generous supporter of the local community. Nearly every community event that I have attended has been fully or partially funded by her company. Her staff can be found volunteering their time at these community events as well. Her company believes in giving back to the community that has supported her throughout the years. Lindsay Sanders helped my wife and I find our dream home and move from out of state. The experience was seamless and she kept us informed during the entire process! I am so impressed by Lauren. She was recommended to us by my sister in law. Lauren has sold my in-laws a few houses now so I figured she was good. I had no idea how good. From all the horror stories about home buying, I was nervous. Not a thing went wrong. Lauren walked ya through ever my step and made the whole process a breeze. We moved into our beautiful new home today and I couldn’t be more excited with our experience. From her recommendations for inspection, home owners insurance, to her endless help with any questions we had, being with us at closing and as excited as we are. Although we have no desire to move again, if we did Lauren would be our realtor without a doubt. And I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell.

I don't know if it's just me but Lena Williams showed up on time but would not go past the entry way. Her husband showed up and did a walkthrough with me. I was told that I would hear from her the following day and nothing.

I have decided to write a review because these exact reviews are the only reason I chose this company. I felt comfortable and confident in Morris Realty with the process of selling the home and this was confirmed after the first meeting with Guy and Kevin Shipley. Kevin ended up taking over the selling of our home and reassured me even though he recently started with Morris he had been selling homes for a very long time. This was reassuring and made the choice easy of choosing them. With all this being said I would not and will not recommend them. Other agents may be great as the reviews reflect this. We did not receive all the “amenities” that are included on the agreed commission. When I brought these concerns to Kevin he was quick to say that the pictures and editing took longer than expected trying to divert the attention elsewhere. We were also told the items that did not get published and completed are not part of the commission price and are just additional items Morris Realty does to set themselves apart from other companies. After having a lengthy phone conversation about possible avenues to correct my frustrations his final thought was for the both of us to sleep on this and he would follow up with me in a couple days and readdress these concerns. This was never addressed again and he never made an attempt to relieve us of this situation as if the phone conversation never happened. Our closing was extended on multiple dates and ultimately closed well over a month after the original date. While I understand the closing falls on the buyers lender, every attempt I made to receive information from Kevin resulted in, “I have text the other agent and am waiting on a response.” To me this is completely unacceptable as I was doing the leg work I believed he was ultimately paid for by reaching out to the closing agent myself and having her contact the lender via phone and not just sending a text as this was his answer for everything. What I have walked away with during this process is we were charged a full commission amount and did not receive everything other customers do but we paid the same commission percentage. I have never done anything like this review and I truly try to give people the benefit, but I feel obligated to unfortunately have to write this because as mentioned before the google reviews were the first thing that led me to contact this company from the beginning. Charlie Costar and Guy Shipley did a superb job selling my Mission Inn home.
I was very impressed with the pictures and the video tour that Morris Realty had taken of my home. I'm sure anyone that clicked on the sale site were extremely impressed.
Guy and Charlie always called me with any updates they could provide.
The closing was done at Radson Dempsey Law Office. I was impressed with that, also.
I would highly recommend them if you have a home you want to put on the market. You will be as impressed as I was.
