Beware! This company owned the common areas of our 55+ community for many years before my wife and I purchased a home there. We started noticing things that weren’t being maintained and found out that after Heritage took their profit out of our HOA fees, maintenance issues were not resolved. This company used a patchwork mentality of replacing only a small portion of a 35+year old leaking roof instead of replacing the whole roof. Another issue was the pool leaking to the point that the amount of water needed to maintain the water level was so significant that it diluted the chlorine levels to the point that the chlorine levels didn’t even register on tests. The health department has recorded at least a dozen unsatisfactory inspections of the pool the past two years alone. In the end Heritage NAI passed the burden of $750,000 of their documented maintenance issues ,not including the roof or the pool, onto the new purchasers of the commons.

Heritage services commercial properties and is always ready and willing to go the extra mile! They’re unequivocally the paramount of customer service and reliability.

Their teams answer people’s calls well into after hours if they have maintenance needs.

Recently one of the stores at a plaza managed by them had septic tank issues and soon as they we’re informed they got on it despite it being very late and had the problem promptly taken care of.

This property management company is the worst. Maintenance of our community Spruce Creek South is marginal at best. The pool and hot tub are frequently closed by the health Dept for unsatisfactory conditions. Structures through out the community are deteriorating to the point of non repair.
