There are numerous issues with your agent conduct , including misconduct, civil rights violations, and OSHA/sanitary health failures. You've failed to ID false workers, misclassified employees, and ignored issues like moldy, rotten buildings, broken sewer caps, and electrified water flooding. Mold is being painted over instead of properly addressed. Your illegal activities extend to violating my wife’s and tourists' rights. You even called the police on a non-English-speaking tourist, corralled my family under illegal detainment, and falsified building condition reports.

You’ve sabotaged my business while taking both the landlord's finances and lying to him. Despite never being late on payments, you extorted maintenance and garbage fees without doing the work. The health food store in your building faces mold issues, and you ignored health code violations, trying to shift the blame onto me.

You allowed unlicensed contractors to work on the property, while violating safety regulations. Your officer friend had abused his power, illegally detaining my wife to allow you to falsify property reports. It's time to face the consequences for you actions !
We also are aware you already prior to even knowing anything about the allegations you already claimed you would " get her a very very good lawyer if she did these things ! "

Its as simple as this no BBB rating no business who is gonna give you a million dollars for a moldy house with no on to answer to this is possibly why you discriminated on a less fortunate families to suck off there life savings- and there civil rights.

Selling my home and had a cash offer, from a buyer represented by B&M.
Due to the lack of transparency from the buyer and possibly the experience of the agent, the deal feel through 😞
My home is back on the market. Which is a huge setback as we lost deposits on our new built home, moving truck etc., because the buyer asked for a expedited close. The buyer lost money as well on a completed inspections etc.

Our home is in excellent condition with new roof, new windows, new floors, resurfaced pool, new pool pump, new pool filter, newer rescreened lanai cage, whole house water filtration system/water softener and a well maintained AC.
Located in a most sought after community on a .29 acres (oversized lot).

Bought house last year tru brick mortar has a 3 party. Be it that we had a lot of difficulty getting the owner of said home to be honest about condition and title of home. After months of fighting the Florida home title services to get said title. And trying to get bricks and mortar to back us up was very difficult for them actually follow tru in support of said title insurance. As of now I would not go tru bricks and mortar again.. becareful whom you trust in the real estate business. Many are only out here for said money not service of party s involved.
