As a disabled man (paralyzed and in a wheelchair) challenges to find acceptable housing always show up.
Rhapsodii communicated very well with me in order to understand my "special" needs.
We ended up finding a terrific place in Lake Nona.
Rhapsodii listens. Need I say more?
I think this was Rhapsodii's first time in representing a client with special needs. She did a terrific job once we started looking at places and I could communicate to her on what works and what doesn't.

Not sure which specific individual/individuals in the company were responsible, but my family was making a purchase on a prestigious/expensive home. This company managed to get the address of the home we were purchasing wrong 3 times before our agent made the corrections and sent the contract over. In addition, the names of my family were also misspelled or completely wrong. Considering there are millions of dollars being transferred, I find this completely unacceptable. We weren't able to replace them because they were the company the seller chose. I would not recommend selling a house using them. I hope no one else has to experience what we experienced buying a house they listed.
