Lance and Pat gave great advice regarding the sale of my mother's home, including recommending a pre-listing home inspection, identifying areas needing fixing up, being incredibly responsive via email and phone to myself and the buyers' agent, and most importantly securing a sale price above our expectations while ensuring the closing went off without a hitch. All in all, this was far easier than any other real estate transaction I have been involved in, and all while I was in Vermont. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lance and Pat again.
