Fall of 2022 I found out we were moving to FL for my work. I have a family of 4 and a dog. We knew we wanted to rent foe the first year to get familiarized with the area before purchasing a home. I was super nervous because I had been a homeowner for several years prior to this, so I was unsure about renting. I found a home for rent that was managed by Realty Professionals. The realtor was super helpful, she met one of my new coworkers at the house to show it to me on video and again so I could see it in person. They were willing to hold it for me until we moved down at the end of December. We lived there for a yr and 3 months, they allowed month to month for 3 months while our new home was finished being built. Christy in the office was always such a pleasure to work with. They were very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend them!

When I moved to Florida a year ago it was a struggle to find a professional management company to secure a rental property. After numerous in person contacts and emails with other companies, I finally came across Realty Professionals of Florida. The person who reached out was not just an employee but an actual licensed real-estate agent. And even though I was looking to rent, not buy, the agent walked me through the process of reviewing available homes to securing my current residence. I am currently a client of RPF and my experience has been the level of professionalism I would expect. Communication and response have been above board and the requirements for rental is not outside of comparable requirements. I would highly recommend this team to meet any real-estate needs you may have.

I have been a tenant of Realty Professionals for two years and I have had no complaints about this company. We always get a notice three months before renewal and anytime anything needs to be repaired they are on it. Our home is very nice (entire home recently renovated with everything new), in a nice and quiet area, and we have nice neighbors. I highly recommend this company.

I would be very scared to do business with this company at all. They first told me they would reach out to me 60days before the lease was up to see if i wanted to renew when i signed the contract. What they fail to tell you and they hide it in the contract (doesn't clearly state) that if you want out of the house you have to certify mail them a letter notifying them that you do not want to renew. I tried to email numerous time and they wouldn't take it. They never informed me when to turn off the utilities (I got a call from the electric company asking if i wanted to cancel the utilities). They then try to charge me $113.75 in repairs when yet there was no way possible damages from a "BB gun" when i do not even own a BB gun and I even repaired damages that where done from previous tenants. I would mark down every little piece of damage to the house that was done. Also, they do not care how much you take care of the property. I spent 100s of dollars repairing the sprinkler system, yard and the house for them to not even care and turn around to try to charge me for damages done from previous tenants. Lastly, if you need a repair done to the house they will try and charge you $75 for any service call. So be worry on what you do. I will never use this realtor company again.

Julie helped me find my first house. I sold a house left to me by my father, and she did an excellent job helping with that as well. We looked at several houses but nothing really stuck out for awhile. We kept communication up on what I wanted and what was available in my price range. She went above and beyond to help me find the home of my dreams! I am so thankful to her, and her encouragement that we would find the perfect home for me. I recromend her to anyone looking for a home, or trying to sell one as well.

Tess is very professional, will keep in great contact with you. She sold our house in less than 3 months. She posts quality pictures of your home and carefully chooses wording to be unique to your home.
