I contacted the Sellers agent, Michelle Ritson, regarding a property for sale in Leesburg, FL as I am a Massachusetts resident and was interested in this home but did not have a realtor in the area.

From my first contact with Michelle, she was always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After meeting her at the showing, we decided to take her on as our buyers agent as well.

Buying a home in Florida is slightly different than buying one in MA and Michelle was able to guide us along the way with everything that needed to be done.
