Six (6) months after renting a 4 bedroom townhouse in Kendall Breeze from Andrew Tripodi and his client, I had prospective buyers knocking on my door to see the property that was now for sale. He didn’t have the decency to even advise. The owner left all decisions to this man, and he never went away. His role seemed to transition to property manager. My realtor had to block his phone number after numerous requests to please stop calling. Neither owner or realtor were up front with their definition of the normal wear and tear I would be responsible for. The townhouse had mold growing from the 2nd floor vents, something they were both aware of since January after a professional inspection indicated a new roof was needed. The closet was so humid my purses had mold. They charged me $250 for mildew in the A/C, amongst other trumped up charges, like $200 for nail holes that most were already there. Unit was cleaned professionally and there was no garbage left. My belongings left for pickup the next day and communicated to owner were actually stolen from the driveway. They disappeared. 1 star is too generous. Buyer, seller, leasee beware. *Posted for awareness purposes only

Andrew Tripodi holds the distinction of being the most unprofessional, dishonest individual I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I get why property owners love him, because they hide behind his figure while he lies, cheats, and deceives customers in order to make or save a quick buck. If someone was giving away a house, but you had to work with Andy as a realtor to get it, I still would not go anywhere near it! Can I give 0 stars I feel like I’m being way too generous giving one star!
