The lawyer at this place is a good lawyer but will do the least amount of work for the money charged. Left about 20k of my money on the table so he could close the case as fast as possible. I am also at fault because I was not in a good place emotionally and was hoping he was in my corner. Do your own homework people.

I recently got into the Offices of Homestead in concerns towards a personal traffic ticket. Jason, my attorney is AMAZING. The paralegal Hugo, helped my mother & I out in both English & Spanish since she did not understand much. He explained the process thoroughly and clearly. I felt right at home, my case was closed in about a week and their prices are the best in Homestead after trying out other Attorneys. I definitely recommend them!

Called the office just now, a woman answered and said " Buenos tardes", as I started to speak and said Hi, I'm calling for some assistance, she hung up. I called back thinking it was by mistake but she didn't say anything when she answered, completely silent while I repeatedly said Hello. So I then, disconnected and called back again and my call was forwarded to voice mail 🙃. Wow! What a first impression! 😳 I assume the staff is ready to go and don't want to be bothered. The site did show closing soon at 6 pm.

I went to Abolsky & Associates because of an immigration issue with my passport And Hugo completely lied to me. Their Free consultation came from Hugo who not a lawyer. Never go to a lawyer with a free consultation so they can tell you whatever they want and get you to sign their retainer. Thousands of dollar wasted. please do your research and get a lawyer with a paid consultation so they can really look into your case and Help you, not rob yo, and don't use the same lawyer for all your legal problems, used different lawyers. I hope this helps.

I came to this firm, Thinking they can help me with a civil matter. I was told that they can be of help, And it was not true.Since the attorney took my money i have yet herd from him Despite the numerous times I asked for him to call me or for me to speak to him.He basically lied to my face and has yet to call my phone hugo in my opinion is the attorney's personal slave and can Barely speak english correctly...ANYONE LOOKING FOR A LAW FIRM THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO GO. GO....

Bad customer service. The manager, Hugo, is rude and does not speak any English so to understand him if you do not speak the language is a problem. He seems to have no patience with clients when they call. If you cannot communicate with the client than DO NOT answer the phone.
