I texted Kyle one Friday morning at 7am with a list of questions. Within 15 minutes he's calling me. As if the prompt response wasn't impressive enough - Kyle was calling from Columbia - while on vacation with his lovely wife. He spent the next 10 minutes running through all of the questions I had patiently, thoroughly. This is just the kind of professional Kyle is.

Kyle is knowledgeable about the market, landlord-tenant laws and rights, and a master of customer service - a trifecta of traits for a property manager. He's communicative at every turn of the process, taking care of both landlord and tenant to form a positive relationship with each. I sleep better knowing Kyle is managing my property because I know he has my best interest at heart in his decisions.
