Reeta does not handle issues in a timely manner and will call you the same day to get things done on her time even when it conflicts with your schedule. Will harass you with phone calls even though your a loyal tenant for over 6 years and will tell you to break you lease contract a month early without regards to your moving plans to make it convenient for herself . I have been at my apartment for 6 years and she just set up pay by card on the app and I leaving next month. Unprofessional, will ask you to do personal things and ask personal questions irrelevant to want she’s doing . I do not recommend and it’s sad that she would email me non renewal right after I got off a phone call with her. Reeta is spiteful. Please save yourself from the trouble if you have to pay more for a luxury place do so like myself.

A.C leaks and filters that don’t get changed . When you change them yourself she threatens that if the ac is damaged you have to pay .

Refrigerator down for 6 months until she finally fixed after my dad confronted her .

Literally, this lady has caused me severe depression because I couldn’t eat , or sleep because of a faulty refrigerator and a.c unit . But will harass you for rent . Such a shame

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. My bf & I were the first to view a particular townhome as well as apply for it. Instead of processing our application, Reeta just held on to it. She never responded to text messages or answered my calls. I even called the office multiple times to see if I could work with someone else, but no one ever answered. I called each of her colleagues as well when I found their numbers on the website; no one ever answered. I’m trying to figure out how they get business or make money if no one answers the phones. Reeta held on to our application for 3 weeks. Here we are, a couple that’s ready to move in, and they just sit on an application. At one point during the first week after we applied, Reeta actually messaged me and told me the owners wanted her to present more applicants by the end of the week. That makes me feel as though we were being discriminated against due to our race. This was very upsetting as well as hurtful. I advise you all not to waste your time, and to take your business elsewhere.

i hope you are reading this owner of 1212 S Hiawasse Rd Orlando. Do not rent from this management company or have your properties rented by them. extremely unprofessional. does not care about you as a client. they will let you know that you dont need to rent from them and they have plenty of applicants and I quote "i got 50 people in line for this property i dont need you to rent it". they have fine print that they do not give until after fees are paid so when you find out you are not abke to get money back if you decide you dont want to go with property. management knows they have issues with there realtor but all they could do was appologize and not care that im homeless now because they took 3 weeks to approve my application. there leases is a loop hole and you will get charged your deposit by the time you try to leave. if you have kids please keep in mind that they have to be 14 to go outside on the properties they are renting. they have lists of rules that they only provide once application fees are paid but by then its too late. also thry run your credit 2 times just to make sure you are who you say you are. so if you see this company or a realtor named Reeta Gulati dont waste your time. they are strictly about the money and not the best interest of the here clients.

update: i was waiting for a call back from management so they could see what was going on with my realtor and why there was so much miscommunication. unfortunately he had to call her many times to figure out why everything was going wrong and possible reasoning behind her unprofessionalism behaviors. so after 3 days of not returning my phone call i decided to write my review. now i just received many private number calls so i decided to answer. it was Joseph "supposedly a manager" i started to say hey havent heard back from you and was curious on what happened with situation and he continued to ramble about how it wasnt his fault and how my review was inaccurate. when they last time we left off he knew he was supposed to call me or email me. after criticizing my review he then hung the phone up on me. these are the type of people you dont want to rent to or have your property rent for.

Awful - I called six times today no answer no return call. I texted the listing agent 5 times minimum 20 minuets up to over an hour just to return a text. Still at this time I was wait for a response on seeing a house obviously they have no care about there customers. I looked at the reviews for this office due to the fact that I have been back and fourth with many many other realtors and have never been treated this badly. After reading other reviews I can say it is the exact same realtor Reeta Guliati that is ignoring me.
